Focus on your own shit, who cares about if other people's site illegal or not? Every second that you waste and ponder whether someone else's shit is legit or not is a second you could have spent on making money. Personally I don't give a rat's ass as to what other people do on their own sites as long as it doesn't affect me. I only care about myself pretty much. I am not the internet police, I only care about making $ for myself.
