My friend who's an excellent bizman but not in this biz says if you want to sell a moderately decent domain price it at about $100. That is what they are selling for. Fact is he is pretty much right. With exceptions of course. I mean domains that are reasonably good but are undeveloped and not a lot of type ins.

Ok that deserves a few $ but seriously that is a lot of cash today.
