I'd tell her to buy the logitech pro 9000 because it will be much better quality than that built in cam. It is 'HD' quality for a webcam and she will make more money with a better webcam. It is about $100, but there are often specials so shop around.
Streamate puts models who broadcast with the FME on the first page, or at least priority placing (ratings also play a role in your placement). The FME allows you to broadcast in 'HD' and customers enjoy the larger screen.
I personally hate the FME because Adobe is evil & ruins my life on a daily basis but it is a necessary evil if you are a cam girl
