so what?

i've been on bowling teams that had players drop out, softball teams, cooking class, it doesn't matter- people stop, new year's resolutions are not stuck to, etc. it has nothing to do with p90x. i will say that a person who does complete the program- both exercise and nutrition has a much better chance than someone who's done an atkin's program or one of the other unhealthy programs that are based on unbalanced programs.

look at the marketing messages we are all bombarded with- 7 minute abs, take a pill and lose weight, easy fat loss, get huge in 30 days. at least p90x is built on a foundation of healthy principles that can stick and be maintained.
I haven't done p90x personally, but I know with Insanity, I've wanted to get more active even after finishing round #1. And so I added running, some TRX training, and 1 hour walking in between my offdays. These programs, when utilized, will change the body for the good and make it much more difficult to fall back into the trap that so many are afraid of doing. I agree about foundation of healthy principles for sure. They get you set on the right path, and from there you grow with it and compliment it with other training, principles etc...
