Thing is, yes, you can spend thousands on a logo. I used to work in mainstream marketing and the amount of cash I saw customers spend was scary.
However, in porn we all know there are some brilliant up and coming designers who need a break. If they come up with an idea, then they can win the 100 bucks. And get another thing for the portfolio.
