You didn't hear, Fletch capped it. He put his scuba steve suit on and dove down to the bottom with the new top hat on his back and got it all tight in place. You should have saw it on the video it was awesome. He will be adding the pictures that a sea turtle took for him to his site shortly. stay tuned.
