This happened sev years later where he hit me. No he didnt know I was looking out the window at him, this was right after they moved in in 1999. I noticed he was trouble just from looking at him that first time. You ever get that with someone.

Was making the point that altho I won the money in 1999 I also had this nightmare move in as well. Ying and yang luck.

Like I say maybe someday I'll write the story. Suffice it to say we had a neighbors difference. He was 100% in the wrong but I got other shit to do now.
