no not all women have asymmetrical breasts but it is more common than you would think. but usually it is only a slight variation in size. The picture posted is kind of an extreme example.
I knew a woman that had one breast was a D+ almost DD and the other was a smallish B cup. I felt very sorry for her because she was horribly self conscious about it and always covered up. Her husband was in the Navy so they could not afford surgery to correct it and the poor girl was miserable
