Yeah, too many sponsors (even the "big boys") often managed to find success with one or two methods and stuck with those and rode them out until the end. Even if tubes weren't around, there are a lot of new things we simply aren't doing in adult and if we did, ratios would rebound. Not to 1999 ratios, but better than they have been.
All the traffic to a landing page in the world won't work if the sales message isn't getting through.
