The goverment want this taken off Facebook ..Facebook say they wont. What do you think ?

Raoul Moat shot two people dead and injured his girlfreind over here in the UK It was all over the news and was live when he shot himself
One of the people he shot was a police officer and now he has become a legend on facebook with people praising what he did and the UK goverment do not like it and have asked for his page to be taken down

Facebook has refused to withdraw tributes to Raoul Moat left on the site despite growing pressure.

Raoul Moat

PM: 'There should be no sympathy for him'

Around 30,000 people have joined a group called "RIP Raoul Moat You Legend" where sympathy messages have been left.

The Prime Minister rounded on the tributes saying: "Raoul moat was a callous murderer.

"I cannot understand any wave, however small, of public sympathy for this man.

"There should be sympathy for his victims and for the havoc he wreaked in that community. There should be no sympathy for him."

However a statment from Facebook said its users were entitled to their views.

"Facebook is a place where people can express their views and discuss things in an open way as they can and do in many other places.

"And as such we sometimes find people discussing topics others may find distasteful, however that is not a reason in itself to stop a debate from happening.

"We believe that enabling people to have these different opinions and debate about a topic can help bring together lots of different views for a healthy discussion."

What do you think should they take it down or leave it up ..Kinda strange to make a "Legend" out of somebody who killed innocent people.
