Most of you doesn't know much about the world. I have seen these ones in Germany, Italy, Spain. Most rail stations in Europe has Turkish toilets.
"Asian squat toilets" are far more hygienic than ours. Skin doesn't touch surface of toilets and in public environments this is better.
