My thoughts are that while it does indeed suck to be her right now, that the cyber bullying may have unintended good consequences. I spent a little while reading up on this, and it's clear that she is being allowed to do things that are totally age inappropriate, both off and online.
I would wager that CPS will be involved in this before it is over with because of the topless pic. Maybe that will get it through her parent's head that they need to actually parent her.
