The fact that you had to ask them to remove it should be enough of a reason to have a problem with them. This is how accustomed we have all become to piracy. As long as they take it down when we ask, it's no big deal.
I know you're extremely old school and respected and all, but that is a pathetic stance to take.
None of what they stole was user submitted.
