I am looking at their services as an alternative for going 2257 compliant, but wanted to hear some first-hand user reviews. Does anyone here subscribe to their services?

Also, they list the following address to use on your 2257 compliance notices:

I thought the Custodian of Records had to be a human? Maybe I am wrong on this.

I emailed them asking about this and still waiting for a response. Hopefully someone here can shed some light while I wait for their answer.
