The skill of the grower has almost as much if not more to do with the quality of the bud then the genetics do. I know a couple people on gfy that have failed grows or produced crap product despite starting with superior dna.
To say any strain is the "best" is a fools errand. The difference between cutting one week early or late can effect quality immensely, again back to grower skill and knowledgability here.

I will agree that humboldt is not the only thing to know... but as a geographical question regarding reefer... my statement is firm.
valuing reefer solely on strain is less relevant than geographical.
a grower can be all that matters more as well.
