None of the previous owners of the assets are involved in Manwin, considering that I bought the assets from them I thought that would be obvious. My bad.

Where did I say its not a corporation? Either way, do not expect that I am going to tell you specifically who owns what percentage. Its none of your or anyone elses business. It's also not in my place to divulge what other people own, that is on them to do if they want to (which I doubt). The two you mentioned above currently own no shares in Manwin though, that much I can say. That does not mean they might not get shares at a later stage for incentive purposes of course. Currently, they do not though.

I had no dealings whatsoever with Sam Jain, whoever that is. I heard the name in this thread the first time in my life when the LikeMyBalls weirdo postet the wiki link.

Daniel, I have had dealings with 10 years ago. As did more or less I would say 80% of this industry's oldtimers. Daniel was the first person, together with a lovely guy called Preston Garrison (some of the veterans might know him too) who ever ripped me off, sadly he was not the last. The prick still owes me something like 70000 USD from ad income and who knows how much from selling stuff we did together in the past to Flying Crocodile without giving me my cut... Back then, HUGE lesson learned... If you happen to know where he is, do let me know, I'ld love to pay him a visit... I hear he has bigger problems now though...
