That is a keyword penalization that was inflicted on his tube, it seems that the keywords are videos, porn, free and a few others that are really not as relevant. When spamming they forgot to use and mix in 20 to 30 keywords so Google caught up with it fast.
It's not a banning as the tube can be found even without the tld at the end when searching on G.
