I hope one of the teachers in her school calls CPS so they can investigate. Her parents are clearly responsible for all of this. You can't blame an eleven year old for doing stupid things. Our frontal lobes aren't even properly developed until the late teens.
She is doing LOTS of things that are inappropriate for an eleven year old. She is displaying over sexualized behaviour which could be because she has unsupervised access to the internet all the time. It isn't hard to imagine what certain adults have been saying to her when she is on her webcam unsupervised.
She might have been sexually abused which also results in eleven year olds acting in exactly this kind of way in school, with their peers, around adults, and on the internet.
But her parents reaction to all of this was completely wrong. It is unbelievable that they thought that making another webcam video would make any of this better. They need some parenting training & the entire family needs therapy.
