That is a completely different situation though. Tight, cramped quarters with no cover and nowhere to run, full adrenaline rush and a do-or-die situation. I can easily see both missing in a panic. Not the same
at all as a whole platoon of cops standing with weapons drawn and aiming outside in the wide open.
