As I have said before in this thread, things change. Yes I tried merging with envisionext at one point in the past, but the merger was reverted since the benefits did not pan out for anyone at the time. Stan is very B2B and I am more B2C. We hoped a mix would be good, but even the best among us make mistakes... So, him saying he is not a part of Manwin is not a lie, which is all he said. Stan does have a lot of good contacts in the actual adult entertainment industry (not in the would-be one you are in) so he still introduces me to people now and then and does some consulting work for me.

This is thread is not M&A 101, it's a clarification. I am not here to explain to you how to do good M&A deals, neither to tell you how much I spent on these assets. Your number is wrong though...
Bdjerk, I am not even sure what you are trying to prove with almost 2 year old posts... But this is 2010... Last time I checked there is no live page which lists my exact collection of assets... If you magically find one, let me know...
