if your site gets millions visits daily, you get some nice .co typo traffic for sure. but its really only typo and for seo purposes the domain will be imho useless as some .cc and .ws and similar crappy ones ... so, for the price, if you dont have really good .co domain or you dont need to protect your brand, its really wasting of money ...
