I still have several black label 45's and a casette of polish punk i got when i was corresponding with a few groups in poland - early 80's.
They were black label because at the time the govt had to authorize any music before it could be sold, so somehow they got several 45's to me in the mail along with a casette of polish punk which was disguised as a Warsaw tourist tape!
I sent them american punk records in return, but the last box got returned to me (it had been opened and searched) and i never heard from my polish friends again.
Tried other routes to contact but nothing turned up and some other people said (at the time) that undesirables sometimes "disappeared" if they were found creating subversive and unauthorized material.
Who the hell knows, but polish punk of the late 70's early 80's is fucking great! One groups combined polka (with electrified accordion) and hardcore punk- great stuff.
