PLEASE feel free to "run some tests", "look under the hood", "kick the tires", etc etc, because I'm getting fucking SICK of these oddball sales patterns Paulk (and everyone else at CCBill). I have 3 sales today - THREE - and that is fucking ridiculous. My "opinion"? CCBill either isn't putting through the forms because they KNOW they'll get rejected by their merchant banks, or the merchant banks themselves have told CCBill et al to "slow it down/turn down the submits". There IS such a thing as "put-through" ratios.
So yes Paulk, run a thousand tests, then please tell me how everything is fine and how it's summer, explain all the x factors again, etc etc. But what I would like to see, the data I mean, is how many fill out the form, submit it to CCBill, then.....what happens? Does CCBill absolutely, every single time submit the form to the banks or does CCBill et al do a bit of their own 'screening'? I wouldn't get a decline notice if the form was never even submitted to the banks in the first place, would I?
Listen, I understand, I really do. It can't rain sales 24/7. But having to anticipate these 'patterns' like I'm some fucking psychic every day is getting really, really old. Switch the cascade? Find another biller? Go merchant account so I can better control billing? Yeesh. How about a few fucking weeks where everything remains THE SAME? That would be so nice.
