I was pulled over for reckless driving (a slow wheelie on a motorcycle on an abandon road) I had 3 bench warrents from my previous reckless driving ticket that was not paid... now he had every right x3 to take me to jail.. I would have taken me to jail if I were in his shoes.. he did not cause i was honest and yes sir no sir with him.. my 2 buddies I was riding wheelies with went to jail bikes impounded for mouthing off to the officer...
