Yeah funny its all these pants. lol Well Fletch knew a guy who was a roadie or something like that to DLR. Apparently he's always loaded and had tons of memorabilia in his basement and got tired of people ripping him off and selling his shit on ebay, etc. So he was getting rid of it all and yeah go figure people were still ripping him off haha. So we actually have three pairs of pants, a burgundy pair of LEE jean things, and two checkered pants made in London. One is red and black and one is purple and black. I swear I've looked for pics of him wearing them as I think I have seen one before. And some rock shirts. And a glass pipe, people give him all these crazy pipes and he smokes out of them once then gives them away. lol what an ego huh.
Adam Ant, I used to know the chick that was his first makeup artist! Funny huh cause that's what he was known for, his makeup. She told me he learned to do it himself and always did it from that point early on, so like she taught him or something lol. Many years ago he moved back to England and left all his stuff in storage and she had a bunch of it. I guess at some point she was getting rid of some for him and gave me a pair of black adidas running shorts.
So I always think of how some black dude probably stole them from the laundromat in New Orleans, and had no fucking idea he was wearing Adam Ant's shorts. HAHAHA that almost makes it worth losing them. That's what I get for being new and washing clothes in the wrong part of town lol
And let me add DLR's pants; I was able to fit in them pre-pregnancy but haven't gotten back there yet. HE HAS NO ASS. I could get into these tiny little man pants, but they never fit me right because he actually wore them and broke them in, and the guy has no ass at all. They're like a size 3 in women's size. If I could find a pic of him wearing them or any way to authenticate them at this point in my life I'd probably sell them as I have no use for them really. I mean maybe, but I'm in this anti pack rat thing right now tossing out old shit and buying new stuff. I guess having a kid does that to you.
