The point of my post here isn't about whether Dwreck should pay the guy back or not, it is about how Carlos is portraying the whole situation as if he was an unsuspecting victim of a pickpocket.

And the only "payment" I got was eight months later when I caught up with him up close and personal in Florida
The rest was thousands of totally bullshit excuses why someone can't pay
And at the end it even escalated into a "payment plan" for $ 150
