The problem with your list Amp, as great as it is? The problem is that, if we all do what you advise, every American, then we ARE living in a Nazi Police State, and we all might as well have swastikas tattoed on our ass.
Great advice for individuals who don't want hassles, but spread that advice to a whole society and we're fucked.
