This is what I got out of this thread...
-Carlos when drunk pretends he's a baller by giving away $500 chips.
-Carlos when sober thinks there should be no repercussions for his drunk actions.
-Derek spent $500 when he should have kept it in his pocket, not knowing what kind of character Carlos really is...or lack of character he has.
-Derek felt guilty about spending money that seems to be rightfully his and agreed to pay it back.
-It's NOT okay to bring Carlos' family into it, but it IS okay for Carlos to try and ruin someone's reputation and fuck with their job and income.
-Derek fell on some hard times and/or doesn't manage his money wisely enough to pay back the drunk when he agreed to.
-Carlos is a tough guy who'll take a guys last $350 because HE thinks it's his.
-Carlos thinks Derek is a bad representative for a company because of his actions.
-Derek seemingly pushed some other bills aside to pay Carlos to keep his rep intact and/or shut Carlos up.
-Carlos won't be happy until Derek is fired.

Oh yeah...Deej is trying to be a voice of reason by seeing BOTH sides of the story. Kudos to you on that.
