why does ones debts and financials play into what level of person they are? Maybe hes salary based and not commission based. Maybe hes supporting his dieing mother. Maybe he has child support, maybe he just a has a life thats not yours nor your bills and has no need to be in your thoughts. A persons financials are not a sign of their integrity nor the stability of the company they work for.
