1. First of all, you can believe me or not, I didnt copy your layout. When I was making plans for the site I didnt know your site even existed. I simply put things I want there on paper and made some basic layout to send the designer. When I found out about your site, I saw plenty of similar things there, thats true, but that was simply not the intention. It just happened to be similar. I never copied anyones work, nor will I do it in the future. There is only a number of things you can put on a site like this, and I did just that.
I can understand you are upset about this, just as I was upset when review sites started to pop up one after another, all having pretty much the same layout as I did on pornadept.com, os any other review site for that matter. But I realized its just the way these sites will look and cant do anything with it.
Its the same with TGP sites, tubes etc ... its simply going to look simmilar no matter how hard you try to make it look different. I repeat, I didnt know about definebabe.com when I started to develop this site, which quite a long time ago.
2. regarding the aliases - I collected the aliases by using google, info from paysites etc ... pretty much the same way I am sure you collected your aliases. Where did you get your aliases from? You called the models? I am sure you used the same method as I did, there is a ton of sites with bios, aliases etc out there and just like me, you collect them from various sources, you didnt get them from any special place where you would have special permission from.
I am sorry we got to this problem, I understand your position, thou it was not intentional to get into something like this, I never copied your site, nor did I steal your aliases.
As to those who decide to not trade with me because of this, I understand you, no hard feelings, thou I feel drBoB is over reacting here. I am no small filcher, the site has traffic just as it has SE positiong and more are to come.
