I don't see the problem with racial profiling tbh even if it is illegal. Not allowing racial profiling is just some liberal tree hugger bullshit they thought up while taking a magical unicorn ride in nevernever land.
Racial profiling is a fantastic law enforcement tool. Same with the nationality profiling we do here with affiliate programs. Some countries are banned outright because the risks are too high. Does that mean all people from those countries are scammers, of course not, but a higher proportion of them are and as a result they are put under more scrutiny.
