i'm not getting evicted cuz i can't pay the rent - home owner wants to sell in the prime fall season and wants to fix it up now. lived in the house for 12 years and he never put a dime into it, i even replaced the central a/c myself. when he tries to sock me with any damage bills he's going to be shit out of luck.
