I have about 30-40k cash to invest... Im currently in the rat race, im not sure if i want to work for the rest of my life... i could save up more n quit later, but i dont see any point staying in the corporate world.
The lower the risk the better, im not into making big bucks, just need to find an exisiting business that could pay my bills and build a little of saving...
Landromat sounds good to me... I wonder if I could borrow money from the bank to finance a landromat... trying to minimiz my cash outlay...
