ADG, you are doing plenty of things you can really only be doing to try to harm me... there is absolutely no other reason to do so otherwise, thus, every single post of yours is a threat.

Things included are btw:
- posting questions I have answered multiple times already, just to make it seem as if I did not for people reading only parts of the thread
- continuously claiming how you are so nice and not asking other questions you could ask which would harm my family in your opinion (this btw is a threat)
- posting my full name on this board, although I really really do not care that you do, you obviously only do it because you think it pisses me off in some way

This is also why I find it useless to answer your questions, since you will simply not let go anyway... but, that said, I will still answer them one more final time, but I am 99.99% sure that you will not care and will just go on since you will simply claim I am lying... I am also posting this for the other people in this thread who have been very friendly in asking questions compared to you...

1) There are no other shareholders other than people that have very low %age of shares for incentive reasons in a big business. If you do not understand why I can not post confidential information like this, so be it, but I can not, its not my place to do so. Also, as I have stated before, we are talking max 1-2%.

5) Manwin was started this year. The second part of the question I have answered in 1 and 2.

6) Noone acquired Mansef, we acquired their assets. As we have stated in multiple locations in this thread and in press releases, 1st of March 2010. You are misinformed when the US Gov case against Mansef was started I think, and regarding Pink Visual, yes as you yourself know very well it was filed end of February 2010. If you think this shows that this is a fake transaction, then I suggest you wait until the court cases are concluded, since before that is the case, anything you think in this regard is simply based on misinformation or not enough knowledge of the situation.

7) he never was a part of Manwin. He did work for me for a couple of months end of 2008, beginning 2009, to find more possible acquisitions simply because he has a lot of contacts in the industry.

8) Stan was, but nolonger is. As I have said previously also btw and you simply chose to ignore this. Things change.

9) I have had a business relationship with Sundin many many years ago until he ripped me off and now owes me money from a group of services we owned together with a 3rd person named Preston Garisson (sp?).

10) We already do that. Well, it depends on what you call "industry-wide" I guess...
