I was just reading the entry for Bell on Wikipedia. They had a vote a few years back, only 400 people turned out for the vote. LOL. That's insane. Either the whole population can't vote or doesn't care enough to vote. Those 400 people were probably all little old grannies.

I never would have guessed that they had 400 registered voters there. I bet that was a fairly large percentage.

Only Amp can compare <half a million to billions. Pretty sure if our problem with illegals only cost us $1 million no one world care.
