Jack, unfortunately I'm a typical American so I only speak one language, English. So perhaps we didn't explain clearly enough to you via email so I will try my best to explain to you here on gfy since you are insisting on doing this publicly. I'll try to be as clear as possible.

#1. We did not get your content until several weeks after we needed it. By the time we received your hard drive we had already fulfilled that shipment with other titles we were able to get in as the client needed content delivered by the dates we had committed to. I believe you told me that you were on holiday or had some other issue which was why you were delayed on delivering the content. However despite this, we still tried to submit your titles to our clients in hopes that they would take the additional titles. However because I was not able to get our titles in the original shipments that we had discussed of course we were unable to get you the sale and the commission $ as we originally discussed. I know this may be upsetting to you, but unfortunately in this business sales come in at the client's convenience, not my own. When there's a sale, you need to jump on it. I haven't taken a vacation in years..the content business is about a hustle..you know that.
#2. Many of the titles you sent us we already had submitted through other brokers or the studio directly as we had received them before your shipment came in. I know that this is an issue which you are disputing but the point is mute because the majority (if not all)of those titles were rejected by the client because of bad video files/discs/2257s.
#3. We have grossly overpaid studios and brokers such as yourself for titles before they were reviewed by the client and confirmed as accepted that were rejected by the client due to bad boxcovers/videos/2257s. As of right now we are STILL going back and forth with the clients working diligently to ensure that they have reviewed and are accepting all titles from each studio before we pay out the commission. Even though everyone promises that they will correct any issues that are needed in a timely manner..we've found that the majority of studios dont do this and don't have everything in order as promised. Our clients are high profile clients that have extremely high standards from their legal teams that must have OCD when it comes to detail. Docs have to be perfect. Boxcovers have to be perfect. Videos have to be perfect. Unfortunatley studios and other brokers are not as detail oriented as these guys are.
#4. If you can show me any of your titles that we sold through you pulished on any websites operated by our clients, please do and I will pay you out immediately. Of course as apart of our due diligence we monitor the sites almost daily to make sure that ever titled up has been paid for by the client and commission to the studio. My biggest nightmare and concern as a broker is to have a studio we represent contacting us first with videos they've found on a client's site that we brokered that the studio hasn't been paid out on or sold for rights that weren't legit.
#5. XXX CONTENT DIRECT HAS BEEN LICENSING STUDIO CONTENT TO WEBMASTERS FOR OVER 11 YEARS. In the adult industry that's like 100 years. We have a stellar reputation and have never burned any of our clients or put them in any legal liability. This is why the bigger clients deal with us as a broker to the extent they do. Of course if you're running a high profile monster business that is a target for lawsuits, naturally most companies want to avoid any legal liability and go direct. Eventually we are ALWAYS able to prove that we know what we're doing and that the advantages of dealing with us far outweight any risks. We go above and beyond to ensure both that the rights we issue are legit and that our clients stay within the legal limits of our licenses. Because at the end of the day we don't sell content or DVDs...we sell licenses.
