I rented a small appartment to use as an office, and ended up moving my clothes & other stuff there too, sleeping there more often than at home lol.. now I'm back home, one room acts as an office, but longterm plan is similar to what Loki described, house with a room / mancave, computers + small gym + pool table + tools
