Anyone ever notice this: I don't care what kind of cuisine restaurant you visit, if you go in the back there's a high chance the cook or cook's assistant is Latino. Same with Filipinos on cruise ships. Immigration drama aside but that level of versatility/adaptation deserves some respect.
