Sativa is the head high, Indica more of a body/couch potato high. For me, I CANNOT do too much of Indica 'cause then I wanna lay down every 2-3 hours and take a nappy-poo. Of course, Indica is easier to grow/sell, so finding a (consistent) supply of good Sativa is a challenge, here in NYC, at least.
