Let me add one more thing....
Its really hard to grasp for people in North America if they havent lived in a western EU country......or the other way arround

Subway which is seen as "Not Bad" atleast here in Canada.
Its a sandwich place and pretty healthy as in not a HUGE amount of fat and more lettuce etc

Where im from Subway lasted about 6 months before they closed down nation wide.
They just couldent sell anything as people considered it dirty food, unhealthy and just litterly disgusting!

In Canada and the US we believe that today was healthy after gorging on a 1FT SUB
