I am afraid to fail because I see it as proof that I am no good, or that I am worthless. It sort of creates a loop of negative self thoughts that do nothing but make everything worse.

At the same time, this made me remember instances where I failed horribly, or royally fucked something up, but then came out better because of it.

man failure is just a learning experience.

it is normal to be human and make mistakes or fail. i dont know how many times i have failed and now i take is as a learning experience.

when you think about it all real knowledge you have is basically done by failing.

when you first learned to ride a bike you would sway back and forth. fail until you got your balance. then riding your bike becomes easy.

failing is the only way to learn how to changed or improve something.

i am never afraid to fail now. because i dont view it as failing. failing in my book is if i wouldnt have tried in the first place.

you need to re learn the way you look at things honestly.
