Dude, you are slightly right about "how much you eat" ... but you know calorie is not the only thing that matters? Type of food it is coming from also matters a lot.
For example, 200 calories coming from 2 slices of pizza filled with cheese is not same as 200 calories coming from mixed fresh juice of apples and carrots or carrots and orange.
