We always suggest affiliates to put their links up before the actual promo kicks in.
The reason why it takes time for the free to convert to sales.
If you promote say, 5 days earleir, the sales might come in time for the promo.
We provide the links two weeks before hand.
Of course it is up to the affiliates to them when they are ready, but it is our job to tell affiliates what we think is best.
