Just my two cents.
Tried to work with the guy, he was a complete robot and anti-business. Asked many questions, he pushed me to sign up for answers. I did sign up, and continued to ask questions, got nothing but robotic answers and nothing constructive. People who can't email or talk on the phone and hide behind "support tickets" are completely useless without personal skills. I was constructive the entire time I should add.
To top it off, he wrapped up a report of one of my domains with a 3rd party program and pawned it off as his own, saying people pay $500 for this service, which is where I knew this was a joke. Claimed he gave enough SEO advice when none was given other than the third party report. Complete waste of time for everyone involved.
