More like Pizza or Pasta Queen (cmon, it's Italy!)...and for her prize they feed her cake? There's a difference between overweight or even obese and flat-out heart attack bait. She doesn't need a beauty pageant calling her a queen...she needs a fucking doctor before she hits 400 lbs.

Having said that, it IS better this than twig models who couldn't keep a calorie down if their life depended on it. That's even more sickening. I'm not saying that people should be put down for being unhealthy, but they should NEVER be encouraged, even rewarded for being self-deadly.
