To defame someone, you have to spread lies about them. Everything I've said has come from Epoch's own court documents or, as mentioned above, the AVN article. I even cited the page numbers in the lawsuit if you would like to go back and read the previous posts.
I was willing to give Chris the benefit of the doubt on the last point we discussed but, as Kimmy's tag line suggests, I tend to get annoyed when I am misled.
I've actually used Epoch in the past and was very happy with them. And, I was looking into processing with them again --- until I realized what was really happening here.
