Ever tried getting night shift staff? Most flake out after not very long - in general people can't cope with being nocturnal. And you have to pay them more.
Cheaper support staff who will be working daytime offset around the world make the product not have to be so expensive or make for bigger profits and larger shareholder dividends which are advantages that feed back to the US.
Surely there is something in you being in the Czech Republic. How does your model cost compare to elsewhere? Can you then sell stuff easier for cheaper/make a better profit? Think about it from a business point of view rather than a political ranting standpoint.
