There's a reason most newspapers don't accept ads from adult and that's the same reason most if not all mainstream advertisers shy away. At least for now.
You and I are about the same age so we've experienced the same things that have changed over time. We grew up watching I love Lucy where they had to sleep in separate beds on TV and now on the Bachelor he gets to romance 10 girls in prime time almost to the point of softcore porn. The fact that people like Pam Anderson and Paris Hilton can have sex tapes and still be accepted by the general public shows a growing tolerance for adult and I think the internet has played the biggest part of all.
There's a huge wall society has built between mainstream and adult and no one thing will bring it tumbling down. It's going to have to be dismantled brick by brick and time will tell what part this has in it's demolition.
I'm not dissing the idea, I just question whether it will have any impact anytime soon.
