The whole immigration debate can only truly be resolved if Mexico's economy reaches the point where the advantages of migrating are outweighed by the disadvantages. The US can do its part by helping the elements within Mexico to erect a level domestic economic/investment playing field. More level playing field = more investments = more competition = more jobs = more consumer choice = larger markets = more profits = more investments
