Actually, libel is maliciously spreading untruths. Feel free to have your lawyers review my posts, which are all based upon your own court documents and statements --- including page citations.
So ... are you saying you didn't lie to me about your knowledge of the March, 2000 rule?
It would certainly explain why you did not make that claim in the lawsuit. The court would probably frown upon it since it's obviously untrue.
You guys can try to turn this on me all you like. Truth is, you don't want to address the real issues about how your company has been handling this problem.
